Jan Koška – principal
Jan Koška is the principal and executive president of the company.
He graduated from High School in building constructions and from High School in art handicrafts in Prague. He earned his rich experience and expertise from working in construction companies for many years in Prague. He was part of reconstruction projects of “Kolowratského paláce”, “Valdštejnského paláce”, Prague Castle, Mimoň Castle and many more. He came into Avers in 1992 and initially worked as a project manager, from where he gradually climbed into his today’s executive role in the company.
Martin Koška – principal
Martin Koška is the principal and managing executive of the company.
He graduated from High School in building constructions and from High school in art handicrafts in Prague. He earned experience with art handicrafts projects from company called “Štuko Praha” where he worked for several years. He came into Avers in 1996 and was part of reconstruction projects of Černínského paláce, Smiřického paláce, Prague Castle, and others, before he stepped up into his executive role in the company.
Josef Koška – founder
Josef Koška is a founder of the company.
Before his company’s foundation, he worked as a project manager in building construction projects in more than 25 years. He used his rich experience with managing and financing constructions, for developing his own company. Right from the beginning, he put high emphasis on recruiting very experience and knowledgeable personal (from management positions to workers) in construction buildings and art handicraft. Soon after that, he developed a great team base that he was gradually extending by other professions as the company was growing and receiving more work in challenging projects of reconstruction of historical monuments and protected landmarks.
Today, he is stepped out of his executive role in the company but is still very active by monitoring company’s activities and keeping a good relationship with company’s employees and partners.
